TUNAP Valve Cleaning - Walnut Blasting
The process of valve cleaning, which entails cleaning the intake manifold and valves of a car’s engine with a high pressure air blast of TUNAP 933 granulates, is developed to remove carbon buildup on direct injection engines, thus improving fuel efficiency and performance.
Direct injection engines are designed to improve fuel economy by injecting fuel directly into the combustion chamber. However, this configuration can cause the intake valves to get dirtier with built-up carbon deposits formed when trace amounts of engine oil seep past valve seals as a part of normal engine operation and then bake onto the valves.
